Jake Archibald is a developer at Mozilla working on web standards and developer relations.

Andy is a designer and front-end developer who founded Set Studio: an agency who specialise in producing extremely creative websites and campaigns. He also founded Piccalilli: a front-end education platform.

Andy has also spent well over a decade specialising in simplifying CSS to make it scale-up for design system projects—in some cases, accessible to millions of people—for some of the largest organisations in the world, such as Google, Harley-Davidson, Vice Media and the NHS. He pulled all of that experience together and published a course called Complete CSS.

Parul has spent most of her career working in tech recruitment, both agency and internal. In addition to her tech experience, Parul also ran Parallel Minds Neurodiversity Consultancy for two years before returning to tech, so she brings expertise in how we can create more neuroinclusive work environments.

Parul was diagnosed with ADHD and Autism a few years into her career, so she champions neuroinclusion through a lived experience and intersectional lens.

Parul is a sought-after keynote speaker, featured in Channel 4’s documentary “Do You Have ADHD?” and on stages including LeadDev London, Leeds Digital Festival, RecFest, and Manchester Tech Festival. She is known for her unconventional approaches, colourful style, and infectious energy.

Outside of work, Parul is a union rep with United Tech and Allied Workers, runs the Neurodivergent Techies Community and is also learning to code again! She’s a dog mom to Dory the Corgi, a proud scouser and enjoys various hobbies like playing piano, painting and crochet to keep her busy.

Mike Hall is a web developer and Doctor Who fan, but not in that order. He is co-organiser and emcee for Viewport, and has been building for the web since 1998. In that time he has been a frontend lead, a backend lead, a CTO, a devops engineer, a full-stack developer, a PHP guy, a JavaScript guy, a TypeScript guy, a CSS guy, and a pain in the neck.

In his spare time, he is active in the fields of science communication and scientific skepticism, advocating for evidence-based thinking and reason. He produces and presents a weekly podcast called Skeptics with a K, is on the board of directors for The Skeptic magazine, and is co-founder and director of the Merseyside Skeptics Society.

Somehow, he decided he still has time enough to run a web conference, but the reasons why are strictly between Mike and his therapist.
